Kingswood is now groomed and the Woodlot has been groomed and trackset. Be careful at the Lian/Kent intersection where the work was done — snow cover is very thin over crushed rock. Huge thanks to the club grooming team, and happy skiing!

  • Found a white case for ear buds on the trail this afternoon- end of the Kent Road. Tuesday at 1-2, Dec.16. If it is yours, please email and we can arrange for pickup.

  • Classic track fast and firm, granted some natural braking provided by debris from yesterday’s wind. Good number of skiers out before the melt.

  • Skated in from the Radisson, then just did Lollipop loops, since coverage there seemed best yesterday. Last night’s cm or so of snow helped somewhat but the surface was very hard and my knees felt it afterwards for sure. Still, it was so nice getting out for yet another December ski. Thank you groomers!

  • After talking with Rex and looking at the forecast, we will cease grooming until we receive snow. We are seeing patches of dirt and we don’t want to damage the ginzu. Ski with caution if you like and do some snow dancing.

  • Great first ski of the season. Many thanks to the groomers working their magic. Take it slow on the bottom of Lian connector. I myself took a face plant, happy skiing.

  • Sat, Dec. 13th: Ice crystals made for fast skis. Thanks to Rex and Bob for their dedication to grooming our trails.
