Please do not use the City depot parking or trail for the remainder of the ski season.
We’d like to advise all skiers that the access trail from the City depot to the UNB Woodlot ski trails will be closed for the remainder of the season. This was a trial effort, in partnership with the City of Fredericton, to provide skiers with another parking and trail access option. We will be carefully reviewing the merits of this option and will be considering improvements for next season.
Because of current icy conditions and our inability to groom across the marsh in wet conditions, we will be closing this trail. The trail will be taped off and signage regarding access will be removed this weekend.
